Since taking her first yoga class, Lindsey knew that yoga would always be a constant in her life. After years of deepening her own personal practice, she completed her 200-hour training. Lindsey enjoys sharing her own personal experience through her teaching, encouraging students to always listen to their body. Whether your body is craving rest and relaxation, or more vigorous movement, she encourages students to honor their mind, body, and soul. With a passion for health and wellness, Lindsey is a strong advocate that yoga is for every body. Lindsey is also certified to teach SUP Yoga and Pilates. When Lindsey isn’t on the mat, you can find her enjoying time outside, and spending time with her German Shepherd, Xena.
