Isa
Growing up, Isa was a dancer and always loved staying active, but it wasn’t until the pandemic that yoga became a meaningful part of her life. Yoga gave her the clarity to reconnect with herself, listen to her body, and prioritize her well-being in a world that often feels overwhelming and disconnected. In August 2024, Isa traveled to Rishikesh, India, to study yoga at its roots and complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. Immersing herself in yoga’s ancient philosophy and spending a month in the birthplace of yoga was a deeply transformative experience that brought her greater clarity, peace, and purpose. Since returning, yoga has become more than a practice—it’s a way of being. Isa is passionate about sharing the grounding and sense of connection she has found through yoga. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where students can reconnect with themselves, find balance, and leave feeling a little more peaceful and empowered.
