BOOKING, CANCELLATION, & PRICING POLICIES

GENERAL CLASS POLICIES

Pre-registration is required for most of our classes. If you miss the booking window, please feel free to reach out to us. If we are able to accommodate you, we are happy to do so. There is no guarantee we can add late bookings.

Classes at 6a or earlier require pre-registration by 10p the night prior. All other classes are subject to booking policies as assigned.

Classes are non-refundable. You must reschedule or cancel your class within the designated booking window to avoid loss of a session or a late cancellation fee. 

CLASSPASS BOOKINGS

All ClassPass bookings are subject to ClassPass’s cancellation and no-show policies, including any applicable fees or penalties set by ClassPass. 

MOON STUDIOS is not able to modify, waive, or refund any ClassPass late cancellation or no-show charges. Please manage your reservation directly through the ClassPass app. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we no longer will allow students into class if their ClassPass reservation has not been booked in accordance with their policies.

PINK MOON BRIELLE STUDIO

Check-In & Check-Out

Our Brielle studio is located in a private studio, within the Brielle Public Library. Most of our classes are held when the library is otherwise closed to the public. When the library is closed, doors will remain locked until 15 minutes prior to class start time for security purposes.

Pre-registration is required. We’re unable to accommodate walk-ins at our Brielle location. If you miss the booking window, please feel free to send us a message. While we can’t guarantee late registrations, we’re happy to add you if we’re able. Please be advised that classes that have no students checked-in to class at least one (1) hour prior to class will not be held. If you are unable to attend class, you must check out of class within the designated booking window to avoid loss of a session or a late cancellation/no show fee.

PINK MOON SILVERTON STUDIO

Check-In & Check Out

Walk-ins will be accepted for yoga at our Silverton location for yoga classes ONLY. Pre-registration is required for all other class types. We kindly ask that you arrive 5-minutes in advance of our scheduled start time to allow yourself time to settle in and if necessary, make payment and fill out your health waiver.

Please be advised that classes that have no students checked-in to class at least one (1) hour prior to class will not be held. If you are unable to attend class, you must check out of class within the designated booking window to avoid loss of a session or a late cancellation/no show fee ($10).

MOONCORE BRICK STUDIO

Check-In & Check Out

Pre-registration is required. Please be advised that classes that have no students checked-in to class at least one (1) hour prior to class will not be held. If you are unable to attend class, you must check out of class within the designated booking window to avoid loss of a session or a late cancellation ($10) / no show ($20) fee.

Classes occurring at or before 6a require pre-registration by 10p the night prior.

Upon arrival, please check yourself in using the studio’s iPad. If you are new to the studio, please feel free to introduce yourself and ask any questions you may have!

LATE ARRIVALS

We are unable to accommodate late arrivals. We offer a five (5) minute grace period. To maintain our schedule and yours, we do our best to start classes promptly. While we understand things happen, it is unfair for other students to lose valuable class time or waitlist opportunities. Please arrive at least five (5) minutes ahead of class time. No shows and late cancellations are subject to a strict cancellation policy. Fees will be applied.

PRICING & FREEZE POLICIES

The following policies apply for package cancellations and freeze requests:

  • Sessions packages are non-refundable.
  • Autopay memberships may be canceled, provided your contract is complete, by reaching out to Moon Studios via email at hello@moonstudiosnj.com. Fourteen (14) days notice is required to ensure membership is canceled ahead of your next billing period. Your membership will be canceled and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Students may request a three month freeze on their plan at any time for a fee of $15. Kindly make any freeze requests at least 48 hours prior to your upcoming billing date. Requests made less than 48 hours prior to a billing date are not guaranteed to be honored in advance of the next charge. Membership payment will automatically be collected at the end of the three month period. Freeze requests must be made at least two months apart. Students are solely responsible for tracking any frozen packages and upcoming charges. Refunds will not be issued for autocharges following the end of a freeze period. Moon Studios reserves the right to deny a request on the basis of abuse of this policy.
  • Students may request a freeze of up to six months for no charge, with medical documentation.
  • Under extenuating circumstances, these conditions may be evaluated on a case by case basis at the discretion of Moon Studios.
